Your issue concerns Smart Module (SMx) in your case, I think, you have SME module for spindle encoder (like on attached pic). Simply saying Smart Module convert encoder interface (for example EnDat) to Drive CliQ.

When did problem appear: after replacing of module or during operation?

First of all check 24 V power supply on cable that connected to Smart module (A and B pins on the connector (pic attached)).

 The problem occurred while running. After the end of the work, we could not give a command to the device again after we took the magazine to the highest point.

Have you checked 24V power supply of Smart Module?

Also you can replace SMx module with another one from another machine of same type (if you have). SMx module have downloaded information about motor in its memory. Thats why the replacing module should be from motor of same type.
