700005 Alarm is NOT Siemens standard alarm. NO one know how to eliminate it but only PLC programmer from Machine builder. 

suggest contact the machine builder if you are the 1st hand owner or try to find user manual/maintenance manual for this machine from wherever if you have 2nd hand machine

I got a 700005 Alarm on my 808D controller that says 'The power sequence is wrong(1L\2L\3L,change'
I don't know how to fix it as there is no information anyway regarding this issue

So as nulizhang has said this is and OEM alarm text.

But from the text alone I have a good idea as to the cause of this error.

There is properly a phase sequence relay in the electrical cabinet, now the job of this relay is to check that the supplied 3 phase AC voltage is not out of sequence, since this would cause for example pumps to run backwards, which could damage them.

Please therefor verify that L1 L2 and L3 phases is actually correctly wired and in sequence.

@CPD-InnovAg, do you get point why you not have help so quick? you provide too limited information. such you have 808 controlled machine it has been running for you long time. so Riddersholm mentioned problem should not be possible. if you just install the machine and 1st time power up, that will be other story.

Well in a perfect world no.

But I have more then once actually seen the power company or a sub contractor switch the face sequence for some reason, or even lose a complete phase to and end consumer.

I had a case where L2 was lost, but L1 along with N powered 24V so the NC booted fine, L3 along with N was used for a 1 Phase coolant pump so that worked fine, and the servo system also ran like normal and was fine with only L1 and L3, but the machine would give a lubrication alarm, since L2 was also used along with N to power the central lubrication which did not have power. 

And on most machine such a relay is not used, and so other symptoms show first, in the cases I have seen where the phase sequence was switched into the building by the power company, it is usually hydraulic pressure errors that come first.
