My company just purchased pre-owned 5 axis Trumpf laser with Sinumeric 840D 6FC5203 20AB50-0AA2console.

A few of pushbuttons seems to be malfunctioning, or just dead.

These pushbuttons aremount on Siemens circuit board what is marked as 570672.001.02.

I try to order this CB from local Siemens distributor, but distributor did not recognize it's number...

Could anybody of my noble collegs give mean advise - how and where can I find spare circuit board for repair?

(We have another Trumpf with the same Sinumeric 840D 6FC5203console and similar problem: pushbuttons are not highlited properly, but randomly,what make operators confusing)

We are stuck up with this & we don't know from where to purchase same immediately (ON TOP MOST PRIORITY)

Could anybody of my noble collegs give mean advise - how and where can I find spare circuit board for repair?
