Accessing the IO card online via S7-PCT: 4si io link online failed.

I can go online to the PLC and when I go online to the IO card via S7-PCT, it shows the 4si io link online failed. no connection to the device was established. Thanks in advance. Furthermore, please check if a password is set in cpu hw-config. If yes, remove the passwort temporarily. In addition to that, check if any switches/managed switches/routers are connected between the PC/PG and the io link master. You can also try to connect your PC/PG to the io link master directly. regards sancruz
