What exactly do you want to do?

SFC can be a designation for a System Function in Step 7, but the numbers of SFCs available in Step7 ends at SFC 127, "Sync_PO"; there is no SFC 250 found in the System and Standard Functions manual or in the Step 7 integrated libraries:

SFC could also refer to a Sequential Function Chart, used in PCS 7 to manage the calling of charts in the control system. A block called SFC 250 could have been created in your PCS 7 program,, but you cannot call it through Step 7, only through PCS 7 charts.

There are other possibilities, you need to give us more details on what this SFC 250 does and where it originated.
