reading in an archive is supposed to automatically fill in all the motor data correct?

I made backups before I read in an old archive which I have multiple to choose from.

I even tried the clearing process and this did not help.

I am reaching out trying to find what direction to go from here.

could the NC be bad? 

could all of my archives be bad? or corrupted?

Any direction would be helpful

In the past I have experienced something similar with alarm 300701 even after NC archive being reloaded.

Firstly (as already suggested) are any other drive systems reported for this axis within the alarm list?

My work around was to manually load the drive data via the “File Function” softkey within HMI Advanced, this would require someone to have manually saved the boot file before hand - maybe you will be lucky. Navigate to the drive data area within Start-Up > Machine Data and page to the drive you wish to work with via the + / - keys, from here press file function and load from file.

Please be cautious when working in this area, reloading a drive boot file to the wrong drive can have serious consequences.

Thank you I will try what you have suggested

It is all my  axis drives that are missing the motor data

so correct me if im wrong i should manually load motor data for each axis and  save a boot file individually for each axis after the archive read in?

My previous suggestion is only valid if the drive data has been saved previously when the system was fully healthy and operations. If someone has not saved them previously (which is a possibility) then other resolutions need to be looked into.
