I am trying to achieve a functionality where my footer will be split into two different sections: one for alarm and the other for warning

Easiest Solution:

Add three "Alarm Controls" with Filters on the Alarm Classes (Properties -> General -> Filter, then Filter "Alarm class Name on - Equal to","disable control for Filters)
Add an Button in the foreground of each "Alarm Controls" to "ChangeScreen" and change the Buttons Opacity to "0"
