Hi, 

I have a need to control three outputs depending on an analog value according to the table below.

The analog in is my Solarpanel production and I want to turn on the right power of the electric water heater that can be controlled in 7 steps based on that.

Anyone who has a good suggestion how to implement in LOGO ?

For clarity, please provide more information on what you have in mind? 
1> Are you needing to use an analog signal (input by MQTT) to select digital signals (output)? 
2> Or are you using analog (input by MQTT) to drive another analog (output)? 
3> Or something else?
