Good afternoon forum,

After installing and updating s7 safety software im unable to open any of my older projects and i get the error that you can see in the attachment (the instalacion of the wincc licence was unable to be completed because automation licence manager could not be exicuted)

How do i fix this? i work a lot with tia portal now and i kinda need it to be working today a.s.a.p

Yes Jack,

if you have other problems check :

1) That that service (run services.msc utility) is run at every startup of windows

2) (rare) If you experience that if that service is ran at every startup but the FIRST time you run TIA you have the error and you have to close and reopen TIA, well, just go in services.msc and set the run of that service as "delayed", so automatically windows will launch it after every all services. This can help if you have some versions of Symantec antivirus or some virtual machines.
