Can use .dbc file to configure a PN/CAN link?

Hi, I have a similar question, I have a .dbc file supplied by an OEM and want to use it to configure a PN/CAN link. does it support this? or is there a Siemens product that does this before I move to a third party translator? is the PN/CAN link for CANopen only?
