Hi there.

I encountered, this problem. I nead to change screans on HMI when some condition are met.This is becouse the program will hwe clasic controll trough HMI. But when the user dose something that culd influence proper working of machine, error window shuld pop up. I wanted to do it troug Pop-Up window function, but aperentli KTP 400 Basic dosnt hawe this function. So i triede making different screans that i wuld switch automaticli (in adition to screans that are being switch manualy).First I tried to do it trough events (When Value Changes) but eaven if i saw in TIA portal tat that bit changed its walue nothing happened. So someone sugested me using Job Mailbox. i found a quick tutorial and made it by following the instructions in it. the code in it looked like this: 

But still screans didnt change, i tried to give it longer impulse than the Positive/Negative edge, nothing. I eaven tried to give it "infinit" signal by manualy seting the first condition to tru. this is what how it looked like:

I anabled th pointers in HMI gavwe it conection to DB. Also anablet Screan number pointer that i am writing into the same DB, maby that is the problem. is there something i forgot, that hawe to be anabled/set if i want to automaticli change screans? or what is hapening? Is there any one that kuld help?

Using TIA v17, KTP 400 Basic, PLC 1215C (thei hawe both same firmwear version, it is i thing V14.0.0 or 15.0.1 or something like that)

Yes i want to activate screan thar i set its number to 101 (to hawe it more organized).

And is it becouse it is in hexadecimal that i hawe to write there 65?

Thanks, it is half working after i tried the hexadecimal number. but it worked only with longer impuls. so i will hawe to fix that now
