Connecting PLC A serial with Win CC Flexible 2008

I read in manual of Win CC Flexible document and see use communication via Protocol 4. Now I don't know what is cable use to connect them. Could you support me this problem. 1 . What's hardware cable use to connet PC <=> PLC 2 . When I have a logical cable in Win CC Flexible I choose "connection" item is "Misubishi Protocol 4" then can PLC direct connect with Win CC Flexible ? If you can, please send to me the picture of that cable and tutorial for this problem. I have just started use Misubishi PLC. Thanks Ke
