Wincc is in 192.168.1.XXX and s71200 is in 192.168.100.xxx. When i try to ping from computer with adress 192.168.1.XXX i got ping signal but cannot connect to plc.

If you have set your Router/Gateway address correctly and a ping works it hsould be OK. Check the basic FAQ: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/101908495 If you cannot get it work please send us some more information like FW Version of The PLc, exact WinCC version,Screenshots of the Channel diganosis,..... Bye Murof
