I think you have all clear informations there, what FC has procedure to do some data access, address of data access of HW module (maybe AI card) so you can find basically where the problem is. Cooperate with HW cfg and modules what exactly is that one with pronblems. It can be also data exchange between more CPUs via specific comm channel, all depends to your HW cfg. It is possible maybe that module is power off or cable broken so check completelly HW state.
