I requested the DAMEX check so i could update LSC 8.2 to 8.3

I received an email stating my request is denied because i don't have a company or school name entered into the field.  I am a private user that has been working with LOGO for some time now but I don't have a company name.  Can you offer any help as to what I should enter into that field? Thx

Sorry to say that Private User did not work.  I received an email denying my request so I can't upgrade. 

Do you have another suggestion please?

Is anyone else having a problem getting the DAMEX key?  I am a private user without a company and I keep getting denied because I don't have a company name.  I tried "Private Use" and still i get denied.

I asked the responsible person regarding your issue and got the answer that your registration was checked again and approved today this morning. You should have received a confirmation E-Mail with this information.
