In attachment you can see alarm screen. It's normally, because HMI runned in simulate mode.

Question: can i edit system messages (the purpose - displays of system messages in other language)? Requirement of the customer: all messages (including system messages) - only in Russian. If it's impossible: can i disable system messages?

going to be a big task. Go to HMI alarms > System events. There you see the Alarm texts and you can edit them. Don't know if it is possible to write Cyrillic letters.

Otherwise you can set the filter of the alarm view in order to not showing system alarms.

I can confirm what you are seeing from my own TIA Portal V13 SP2.

The options are available in TIA Portal V15. The picture is attached for another HMI but the KTP1000 (V12) also has these options in TIA Portal V15.
