In this documented example,

The production data is exported in CSV format (CommaSeparatedValues) into the flash memory of the CPU via the integrated DataLogging function. The files are then conveniently accessible via the integrated PLC web server and available for analysis, e.g. using Microsoft Excel.

Base of the creation of the CSV file are the blocks for Datalog instructions.
