F053 Fault with CUVC

JSR Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	We are having issues with an intermittent F053 fault on a 6SE7032-6TG60 drive. Can jog the motor and scope good pulses from encoder but seems to fault more when there is a load on the motor. Tried new encoder, cabling looks good. Anyone have anyideas or suggestions of what else to try or check?

JSR Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	We changed P215 from 1.2 Hz to 5.0 Hz. Still had the fault. Checked encoder pulses and they look good except the voltage is a little low, just over 13 volts. Of course encoder pulses looked good when the system was running and no faults. Problem is very random. Cables are run seperate from power cables. May end up trying a new cable, 150 ft run though. Shield is connected at drive end only. Any other suggestion would be appreciated.
