as already mentioned, please extend the message and create a new screenshot, as we can not see the hardware and firmware versions used.

But in general, if a CPU-1500 is used, following FAQ may be helpful.

How do you load the project data if the version of the firmware installed in the S7-1500 CPU cannot be selected in the hardware catalog of your version of STEP 7 (TIA Portal)?

Hello.

The screen capture you have shared shows that the LOAD button is available. You can safely ignore the warning message and load the program to the PLC.

The firmware that is loaded into the PLC is different than what the project is using. For example CPU1212 with firmware V4.5 but the project is designed in Step7 V15 as a CPU1212 with firmware V4.2. The PLC will function as a firmware V4.2 PLC.

A download will not be possible (LOAD button not available) when a mismatch is incompatible. See the notes @sancruz links to for official answers.

 Normallu 99,9% you need to use a more recent version of TIA to get newer firmware version to use. 

You can still use the new fw version PLC even if you don't have it available in the TIA version you have. You don't need "fix" anything.
