some msg poped up. (like on offline different..)

again, look to your Picture 1, is this what you want? I was made little test, under your project where you want add that next CPU with program (all cfg already configured) create new station. Then go to that clear HW cfg. Go to menu and open from your source project HW cfg. It will show on screen. Minimize it or only resize window. Under this window you can see your clear new hw cfg. Go to that window with cfg what you need and click copy. Simply move to your next window and give paste. Then you will have that cfg configured from previous project in new project. This is only copy HW cfg. Then you go to blocks, in this case you will have only OB1 but open in another window that source project and copy all blocks from it to new project blocks. that's it.

I delete on station and   add one station by copy and paste.

There is no need to do anything in HW-config, or do anything online.

Just copy the "Simatic 300"-Station in the Simatic Manager and paste it in an other project.

-open both projects

-rigth-click on "SIMATIC 300"-Station,e.g. A1 PLC 300, which you want to copy -> copy

-right-click on the project you want to paste in, e.g. ABC -> paste

i think there are one station per page, you cant add another station. maybe you should s7 communitation to transfer each data for each station using profinet or profibus..
