How to create a TIA Portal projcect vom scratch?

I now have to create a Tia project from scratch with alarm handling etc. Is there some templates or how do i begin ? I have only worked with PCS7 and wincc before ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

If you have old wincc project from your client, you can import it to TIAp |

No I have not, I need to create one from scratch. Is there a manual in english for beginners ? |
