This link takes you to the TIA Portal v17 trial download files  Simply download and install the Step 7 and WinCC versions you require.

You will have full use of the software for 30 consecutive days, at this point you will be expected to install the required licenses if you intend to continue working with them, once the grâce period has passed. Contact your Siemens rep to purchase the licenses, either on USB key or in downloadable format.
