I am facing a similar issue whilst downloading to this HMI - SIMATIC HMI KTP400 Basic: 6AV2123-2DB03-0AX0.

I am using TIA version 13 and i followed the link you provided,

downloaded the appropriate zip file and extracted it. How do i proceed from here to rectify this problem?

activate the Fit checkbox in the last screen

also expand the error message in the firstscreen

none of the screens show which error exactly happen

I did activate the fit checkbox before uploading and the problem persists. Here's another screenshot of the error message on the console and i have also attached another picture of the error message on the loading window.

 I am using TIA and HMI for the first time, so please let me know if this doesn't adequately describe the issue i am facing and if i need to provide more information. Thank you for your time and assistance. 

I set a static IP address to the HMI device ( 192.168.0.3) and disabled DHCP. I set my PC also with a static IP address (192.168.0.1). Both are in the same subnet (255.255.255.0).

And i was able to test the (flash the HMI functionality) on the load screen and verify connectivity prior to loading.
