Hello I have a problem with the Siemens Logo controller!.The controller controls the submersible pump and the watering process itself on individual sections. It is connected to another controller which is an "extension" of its function because it is located in a completely different end of the house.Everything has been working perfectly for four years as I wanted except for B040.After turning on the power, changes in the controller's website cause changes in B040 itself and everything works as it should. After some time, about one or two days, the time change on the website changes the time in B040 but B040 itself does not give pulses at the changed time for starting B039.I added other weekly timers and swapped them in place and it did not help.I changed the addresses in vmmaping also without any changes. The program and the website were on the card which caused the settings to return to the original ones after a power failure.I solved this problem by leaving the program in the controller and the websites on the SD card.I thought about moving the watering control to the second controller and controlling the outputs of the first with the second controller only in the absence of LAN it didn't work.B007 is critical because it waters the seedlings of small ornamental plants in the tunnel.I'm adding the program and the file with the page.Regards and I'm counting on a hint to solve the problem Adam from Poland

Hello, I made a small change to the project right after submitting the post. I replaced the latching relay (b039) and the wiping relay (B008) with an off delay. I thought that maybe the circuit wasn't responding to the latching relay with a pulse. However, looking at the program on two weekly timers, B079 and B009, "driven" in the same way, it still works flawlessly. B040 does indeed have those channels turned on because last year, watering was broken up into several hours of a few minutes each. It didn't work correctly then either. The first version of the program included a latching relay turned on by the weekly timer via an AND gate because it could have blocked watering. I removed that then, as if to reduce the number of conditions for turning on the greenhouse valve. It's currently working after the modification, although no changes were made to the operating hours because we've had rain for two weeks now and the weather is literally 15 degrees Celsius. There is indeed a one-way connection; I'll cut it out and upload it after the modification. I'm sending the modified program and photos of the firmware. I've also added an hours counter. I want to see how many hours this pump actually runs per month. Best regards, Adam Duszyński AttachmentLOGO! weekly timer problem update.zip (42 Downloads) |
