I am not familiar with KUKA robots, so bear with me if this reply is not particularly helpful.

I have found the krc12210.gsd file from gsd-db.com, a site I often check when I have trouble finding a specific gsd file, either an older version or no longer provided by the manufacturer.

The screenshot below shows the initial lines of the gsd file, and states that it applies to an IM 182 with special code for the KUKA KR C1. To your knowledge, does your IM 182-1 fulfill this condition?

The document provides a support link from kuka-roboter.de to troubleshoot such problems.

I need GSD file for it? where can I download it?

The Siemens IM182 has long been discontinued since 1997, siemens have removed all support except for the manual and some documentation.

I will have a look for the GSD on some old machines I have here and come back if successful.

 Send a support request to Siemens, from the top par of SIOS, and ask for the GSD.
