Tell me how I can simulate a module's channel failure and get the corresponding messages (using the MOD_D8 block). In the DB block in the DIAG_INF.CHDIAG parameter, I set the value 16#FF, but messages in the OS are not generated Now I work with PLCSim Thank you!

Please try one of the following byte values: 1 16#00 Bad, device related 2 16#28 Bad, process related 3 16#68 Uncertain, device related 4 16#78 Uncertain, process related 5 16#A4 Maintenance request Normally,the generate module drivers function will connect the Mode. The mode is set according the connected hardware. If you remove the Mode connection and compile+download AS without Generating Module Drivers, you can simulate error by setting a wrong mode.
