i have a new cpu 1214 version 4.1

i tried to program it using Tia v13, but found only version 4.0

where can i find the new version 4.1 and install it in Tia software

nowhwere because you need SP1 for TIA V13 to programming this PLC.

To configure the SIMATIC S7-1200 CPUs version 4.1 and higher you require the Engineering System Step7 with version V13 SP1 and higher.

thank you .   now i am trying to work on another cpu1214 v1.0 with Tia v13 sp1 .  but it is really difficult to do this with such an old plc .  can i upgrade this plc to v4.0 or v4.1 using Tia ?

no a V1.0 can not updated to V4, only to V2.2, this is the latest FW for this HW.

V3 -> new HW

V4 -> new HW

And for the Update from V1.0 to V2.2 you need a memory Card!
