I do not know much about the iiot-opcua node, as this has been revoked from open source some time ago. Have you tried to run npm audit fix as suggested? Best regards!

And it cannot be found on flow.nodered.org any more. Are you sticked to those nodes or would using node-red-contrib-opcua also be okay? Best regards!
