On my program i have block ob80, OB82 and OB122.

This problem can arise when you use some instructions or functions that can increase the cycle time of the OB you use.

There may be some thing wrong in the programming that makes the program goes into endless loop.

What is the change you made after which this error occured

Also You are talking about PID loop. Please share a screen shot for the parameters of your PID FB

Did you placed your PID's into cyclic interrupts?

How often are they called?

Have you tried to distribute the execution time between cyclic interrupt OBs?

yes i have on OB35.

Hi,

Usually you can distribute the execution time by set up more cyclic interrupts and spread the PIDs evenly between them.

Maybe you can also try to implement "Reduction Ratio" for the group of blocks.
