Good morning I would like to know if someone could help me with a question we have regarding a control change we are making. Everything is already enabled and parameterized for the machine, which in this case is a milling machine. The question I have is that when running a program in which a contour, angle, or chamfer is created, it pauses before starting to create that contour, angle, or chamfer, and upon completion, it also pauses very briefly. After that, it continues with the rest of the program normally. However, in that part of the program, it always pauses just before starting the program, and upon completion, the pause is about 1 second. However, in machining, we were told that these pauses shouldn't exist since it must be a continuous movement. Therefore, I would like to know if this pause effect could be due to a parameter, the NCU/Control version, or if all Siemens controls have this effect when making that type of cut, or if it is only in certain versions. The complete part numbers of the equipment we use are: o NCU 571.3 (6FC5203-0BB11-0A1) o Sinumerik 840D o OP 010C (6FC5203-0AF01-0AA0) o PCU 50 (6FC5210-0DF22-2AA0) o Power supply (6SN1145-1BA01-0DA1) o 3 geometry axes drivers (X, Y, Z) (6SN1118-0DG22-0AA1) o 1 spindle axis driver (S) (6SN1118-0NH01-0AA1) with 1PH7-2NF33-OBC2 motor Here can find a video of that stop that I mean: https://youtube.com/shorts/QKNvtC8XiIo?feature=share I hope can help me with this question. Have a nice day.

You are something like NEW user for Siemens, I answered you yesterday, Hear is forum for discoursing, I hope to have your response. I don't need your Video , instead I need your NC program, which you said with problem. or I suggest your to read the manual I posted for you yesterday. see todays picture, I find the important section for your "Path Action" starting from section 5.2, you may need continue path action , check and try, share the feedback, please.
