I use TIA Portal Professional v16. I parse json file in WinCC using C-Scripts. Everythings it was ok until I got file which one has 85kB. Normally I parsed file 1-5kB. The problem is that in c-script we can't use variable which one has more than 32kB. Also size of all variables which I use inside C function can't has more than 32kB. We have also global variables, but the limit is also to small, it is 64kB. If someone encountered such a problem and knows how to solve it? I add that it is difficult divide the file, because I use library (jsmn.h) to parse json file and this parser need the entire file.

you there is such a limmitation of memory inside the C-scripts
in WinCC.

You could try to overcome the limmitation by using an own dll.

Yes I did it. I call read functions from dll and then parse the file and put data to an array of structures which I created inside DLL. Then I call next function from DLL, give it index to array and read this data index by index from an array of structures . It works but this solution is a little slow. I use this thata to fill combo box. For example combo has 999 entries.  When I change screen and go back to combo I must use script again to get data. It is hard to find better solution. Maybe You have some better idea how it do this?
