I have a lost communication between SCADA &  PLC (314C-2DP), however the CPU is in the RUN mode and I still able to ping the IP address of the CP and also access the CP web page "CP343-1 EX30" (attached), but I can not access the PLC program with Step7.

is this issue related to the ethernet cable or a PLC hardware issue?

could a conflict with the IP address make this problem?

is there any way to refresh the communication over the CP in this condition?

 without to see your IP cfg with subnet mask also of all devices on network (PLC, CP343, PC) is hard to help further. What PG/PC inerface settings are set as primary S7 Access? Pls ZIP screenshots with clear description of cfg.

plz see attached screenshot of the PG/PC configuration, however the other PLC on the same network are accessible except this unit.

Very sry, no enough infos.

Update: as last tip, try use on PG/PC also ISO or TCP with specific IP set. If I good remember, I had also possibility to download prj via CP343 and .ISO protocol set. Hope you have correct ETH port of PC set, only for sure. I see LM card, I had long time ago problem with LM card driver and can't connect to PLC. After driver fix (some update) I solved this error. I can say only what I remember at my side with driver, it doesn't mean you have same situation and be careful here.

thanks for the tip, but am sure it is not an ethernet port issue, as other CPUs still communicating with SCADA system & accessible with Step7 because the system still the same , also we had this problem before and has been resolved after the CPU was replaced.

problem now is we can't change CPU while the plant is running.

my question is what make this happen only to this CPU for the 2nd time?
