I find that I can orderready and tested H system(6ES7 400-0HR50-4AB0 S7-400H SYSTEM BUNDLE, CPU 412-3H) but I cant find enything like that with CPU 417-4H that i can order by one order number. are there something like that? are there any link where I can get online help with order and complectationinformation? thanks Karen

Couple of months ago, we ordered a PCS7 bundle (Preassembled and tested) and our local Siemens asked us to change some things in the configuredMLFB because the ordering system can't accept such MLFB and wehad configured a new one. Later on, we received the shipment without this bundle and we contacted our local Siemens and they contacted Germany and the German lady just laughed on the phone and said it's an errorin ordering systembecause the bundle can't be ordered anymore, we are sorry, please order separate modules. I won't stop at such mess from Siemens but I'm just asking you to make sure that you can order this bundle. Best regards. H-H

Siemens will give us a new PCS7 bundle pre-assembled and tested with brand new part number with price difference and they will take care of that price difference but unfortunately this will never change the fact thatwe are behind schedule inourproject. Once again, if you want to order PCS7 AS-bundle youshould contact Siemens and revise the configured part number. Best regards. H-H
