Hi CTS01, It would be good to have more information about the diagnostic buffer to go deeper into the error for which it is in STOP. Could you attach it by saving it as .txt? On the other hand, this message that is observed in the capture of the attached image, I would recommend you review the following FAQ that I share below since on other occasions it has been helpful: Best regards!

Hi CTS01, Ok, it is that by not seeing the error codes and their description, it is not known where the error can go. I have seen in the diagnostic buffer the error code in event 2 -> 16# 0D:75E6 Error: Safety program: Inconsistent F runtime group 1 Internal error information: 1:1 Curler PLC / Curler PLC. Have you tried doing a factory reset on the 1500, removing everything from the card and reloading? The steps that I indicate are the following: 1) Power down the PLC 2) Remove the SD card from the PLC 3) Power on the PLC 4) Using the PLC's keypad, navigate to Settings > Reset > Factory Defaults 5) Confirm the reset 6) Insert the SD card into your computer 7) Open the SD card in Windows Explorer 8) Delete everything on the SD card except _LOG_ and cardinfo.bin (Note: Those last two files may not be visible; that's okay) 9) Remove the SD card from your computer 10) Power down the PLC 11) Insert the SD card into the PLC 12) Power up the PLC The PLC will come up with no configuration, no program, and no IP address, just like it was new out of the box. We can then try downloading your project again. It can still be a good test. If you do, we await your response! Best regards! |
