I am facing the issue in ALM "Access denied".

I am using all siemens license in server. And we want to protect with Simatic Logon Role Management from Domain computer. 

In the server everything is working good as per the configuration done at Simatic Logon Role Management. I am able to Login via Administrator, User, etc. 

But on the remote computer, when I connect the ALM server, Everytime I click I get the message "Access denied". 

I have added the port in firewall 4410 in both computer.

Note: Both Server and Remote computer are working well without Simatic logon implementation.

Problem: All the Server and computer are in domain network, Including the user. When I connect the server in remote computer the user are not regonized by ALM server. But the same user are loging at ALM server with configured rights.
