I have a problem with the touch panel area.

I created a key, if I touch a point outside the key with a finger and with another finger a point so that the diagonal passes from the key, I get the key pressed, without touching the area above the key.

I'm using tia portal V15.

I noticed the same problem on a comfort TP700.

someone has ever had a similar problem.

the touch panels do not provide multitouch.

The following link only lists IPCs and Flat Panels: SIMATIC HMI and IPC Easy and Intuitive Operation with Multitouch. And Demo projects for HMI operator panels under WinCC V13 only provides a WinCC RT Advanced project with multitouch function.

I probably misunderstood, the problem is that I don't need multitouch, I want to know if this is a flaw on the touch screen or it's normal as in the video

Ok, that is in my opinion not normal.

Have you calibrated the touchpanel?

Perhaps you can try to perform an OS update with the option 'Reset to factory settings'

How do you do an operating system update on operator panels or perform a "Reset to factory settings"?

I have perfom calibration and update but the problem remains.

Actualy i use tia portal V15 UPD3 .

Try to install the latest update available for TIA v15.(Update 4)

The touch panel might do strange things, because the operation is not designed for multi touch. I have seen a difference in operation when using a different brand of display with WinCC runtime on it.

what the movie shows I understood already from your first post. You are doing multitouch. But the panel cannot handle it and it is calculating the midpoint position of the multiple touches. In my opinion this is what at least most (if not all) non-mutlitouch-panels do.

Which reaction of the panel do you expect?
