SINAMICS S120 motor connection

DanLime Advanced Member Joined: 7/4/2012 Last visit: 8/5/2025 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hello all, We have a Sinamics S120 PM340 380-480V 60Hz 0.75Kw connected to AC motor 3ph 220/440 Vac. The conection of the motor is in high voltage 440 Vac (star) 60Hz, with this connection the torque decreases at higher speed of the motor. My question is if it is possible to connect the motor in low voltage 220Vac (delta) to conserve the torque at higher speed of the motor, and if it is possible what would be the configuration of the motor in the Starter tool, I mean in the motor data I should put 220 Vrms in "Rated motor voltage"?? I tried to change the parameter p133 but does not appears in the expert list... the drive is a Sinamics s120 In the same project i have a sinamics g120 and the parameter p131 appears in the expert list. My doubt is if I should do other thing in the configuration of the Sinamics S120?? or I can change the value of the paramaeters in motordata concidering the info in the link you suggest me.
