My questions: 1--What software and "toolbox" such as PLC programming , HMI text set up i need to set up 828D? or in PPU there is PLC programming tools? 2--I know the drive system is SINAMICS, DO I need starter to set up it? or I can use 828D PPU to set DRIVE PARAMETER--which will be much more easy --not only for me but also for services and maintenance of end customer. 3--Please suggest all manual needed for start up system and maybe Operation and NC programming Thanks in advance Attachment 802Dsl_system_list.JPG (408 Downloads)

You should buy the tool box, the PLC programming tool is much easier to use then the onboard PLC programming tool, and I would highly recommend it - HMI alarm text you can write directly using Access My Machine or in the PPU it self 2. You don't need starter, you do this directly from the PPU, also you have the possibility to use Auto Tune which handles like 90% of all machines quite fine. 3. PISCEAN all ready made a good list
