The correct name for your required device is Hand Held Unit short for HHU--there is not only a handwheel on it but also couple of button and switch 

the parts number is basically 6FX2007-1AB there are couple of similar variety --see my attached file

I have a handwheel of a lathe using the Sinumerik 840C system. But now, it is broken, I am going to buy a new one, but I can not see the part number on it.

Can I replace it with another handle, example 6FX2007-1AB03?
