Dear Experts,

I have replaced HMI "6AV21240-0QC02-0AX0" with "6AV2124-0QC02-0AX1" and try to downloading program, but while loading an error occurs and loading abort.

However, HMI is flashing when check marked on "Flash LED" and no problem in getting online.

One important point that i have noticed, in Devices & Networks option (at top left on attached imaged) i dont find "6AV2124_0QC02_0AX1".

Pls guide me to resolve this issue. For better understanding see attached image.

your TIA V13 is to old for this panel and can't load it.

for this Panel you need TIA V14 SP1 or V15

With TIA V14 SP1, I have encounter with two different problem while opening the pre retrieved project and with retrieving the backup archived via TIA V13.

Thanks, HMI have programmed but another error have occurred "connection disconnected: PL412-5H_2DP/PN, station 2, Rack 0, slot 2". For better understanding, please see attached image and advice.
