TP177micro & TP177A Project download problems!

Dear Acording to document Projekttransfer_e_C1.pdf we try to download projects to TP177micro. We are usingUSB/PPI cable (6ES7 901-3DB30-0XA0 E stand 05). We tried: Laptop 1: Acer with Wincc flexible 2005 SP1 HF7 Laptop 2: Toshiba with Wincc flexible 2008 HF3 Laptop 3: Dell with Wincc flexible 2007 The problem is the same, wincc f and tp does not communicate. It sometimes hapens you can download the project to panel but only once! After that no way again. Cable is working with CPUs, OS of the panel is OK. We tried it with several panels too. Tha last time we tried with TP177A, and it was the same, after OS update we downloaded the aplication once and after that no more. We used CP5512, (USB/PPI cable does not work). Does somebody have a similar problem? Graphic explanation in attachment. |

Probably our cable is bad (although it is new), we try with lent cable (E stand 06) and it is working well. We would return it to Siemens |
