WinCC Flexible 2007

enicolls Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I am new to Siemens and was given an HMI project in WinCC Flexible 2008 and I only have 2007. Is there any way I can open the project short of upgrading? I get theattached error when I try to open the hmi project, which I don't know if it is related. Any help would be appreciated. I am using Windows XP, SP3. Attachment error.JPG (93 Downloads)

Manfred Gold Member Joined: 5/28/2008 Last visit: 9/1/2025 Posts: 901 Rating: (136)	Hello together, first: WinCC flexible 2007 should not be used with WinXP SP3 ( see here!! ) and then there is only one way to open this project in WinCC flexible 2007: you have to give the project back and then it must be saved in Version... ( see this FAQ ) you don´t have more possibilities to open this projekt with WinCC flexible 2007... regards manfred
