I am checking this module, but I can't send the signal (4-20mA) from signal generator, because the generator reject out put. mismatching?

I need some setting ? please let me know , if you know.

I am sorry, but at the moment I do not understand what the problem is exactly.

So what I understand is, that you would like to check the analog input module by reading of an external signal generated by an external source, right?

If so:

• which BaseUnit is used?
• how is the configuration of the input (2DMU, 4DMU)?
• does the external signal correspond with the configuration of the module?
  
• which pins are connected to the external source (wiring diagram)?
• are there any LED indicators light up/flashing on the module?
