Hello,

I am attempting to install SIMOTION Scout Ver 4.4 HF 11 which I got from this page. The laptop is running 64-Bit Windows 7, SP1 with a 8GB Intel i7 processor

During installation I get told to the log file for the installation errors. The error(s) are in the attached pictures. You can acknowledge the error but it keep popping up.

Additionally, it is stuck on the "Installing DCC DCBLIB SIMOTION". The progress bar actively fills but then starts over once it hits the end. If you cancel, it just aborts the entire installation.

I was wondering if anyone may know of a work around. A thought I had is that I was missing some sort of update file, or something to that effect

During step7 install the pkzip program was installed whic is used from SIMOTION Setup.

Have you undinstall pkzip after step7 install?

 We did not unistall pkzip after Step7 successfully installed. In fact, we can open the folder that the log file claims it is searching for pkzip and see that it's there. Yet the installer claims it is not
