Hello tienthienNOP F07807 Unit: Short-circuit / ground fault detection Detection of ground fault / short-circuit between phases (7) Reaction: OFF2 (NONE) Recognize: IMMEDIATELY Cause: A short-circuit between phases or a failure of the ground system was detected at the output terminals on the motor side. Fault value (r0949, interpreting decimal): 1: Short circuit, UV phase. 2: Short circuit, UW phase. 3: Short circuit, VW phase. 4: Ground fault with overcurrent. 1yxxx: Ground fault system detection with U-phase current (y = number of pulses, xxxx = component of the current in phase V per mile). 2yxxx: Ground fault system detection with phase V current (y = number of pulses, xxxx = component of the U-phase current per mile). note: In addition, during the exchange, the line and motor cables are identified as a short circuit on the the engine. Failure testing of the grounding system only works when the engine is stopped. Connection to an engine that is not de-energized or partially de-energized is possibly detected as a failure of the grounding system. Remedy: - Check the drive-motor connection for short-circuit between phases. - Exclude the line and motor cables exchanged. - Check ground fault. For a ground fault, the following applies: - do not enable the pulses when connecting to a rotating motor without the "Quick restart" enabled (p1200). - increase the de-energization time (p0347). - Increase the pulse suppression delay time (p1228) to ensure a standstill. - if necessary, disable monitoring (p1901). |
