Getting error when creating a new project

This occurs especially after installing other software (especially MS Office) Remedy 1 Repair the "Microsoft Database Engine (English)" by restarting the "ACERedist.msi" file from the ScoutDVD or from the unpacked installation package and then selecting "Repair" followed by "Fix Errors". The "ACERedist.msi" you can find below "...\InstData\CheckRequirements\Media\setupdir". Restart your computer after the repair.

Also check the compatibility with your OS: Compatibility Tool If it cannot be solved, you may need to reinstall the software.
