Problem with mouse on P350 - SOLVED

Mira Posts: 16 Rating: (1)	Good morning everyone. Maybe this is a Microsoft problem and not Siemens, but perhaps someone here has got a solution... I have Simotion P350 with Windows XP SP 2 installed. I try to set doubleclick speed in usual system dialog Start - Control panel - Mouse. Until next reboot it works fine, but after it the computer forgets my settings and restores a default value (terribly slow), so I have to set it again and again, which is quite annoying. Nothing else except the doubleclick speed is affected by this problem. Does anybody know what to reinstall, where to cancel read-only or what to turn on or off to get rid of this forgetfulness? Thanks in advance.

ThomasD Posts: 39 Rating: (9)	Hello Mira, I can also reproduce the issue on my P350. One should not exchange software on the P350 without consultation with Siemens. Report the problem to the Customer support (use the button "Support Request" on the right side). As soon a solution is available you will be informed. Regards ThomasD

Mira Posts: 16 Rating: (1)	We just upgraded P350 firmware from version 4.1.1.0 to 4.1.1.6 and it solves everything. So I recommend this step to everyone!
