Usually if you install any office version after installtion of S7 program this error comes.

Check in your laptop/PG/PC for Microsoft Access Data base engine x86 or x64.

you need to install microsoft data base engine same as installed in your laptop PG/PC during S7 program installation.

No, I do not update regarding any Microsoft product ..! i just opened old version project. sometime its working fine, but some time program is crashed. and then after i facing that problem..!

I am 100% sure i facing this problem after when i open old version program in scout V5.3 SP1
Why i am sure because, I was faced same problem in past with scout v5.2 SP1 or also socut V5.1.

 Try to run with administrator. I faced similar problem with scout v4.5.

i am using Simotion Scout V5.3 at Window 7 64 Bit

This issue come due to Open Old projects in  Scout V5.3
