I am usung ET200SP HA with CPU 410-5H and 6DL1131-6BL00-0PH1 digital input module, but as shown in attachment, this card including 8bytes or 64bits while base on order datasheet and manual it have 32 channels, so i dont know how to use 32 channels from 8bytes or 64bits. Does anyone have any information about this issue? AttachmentAttachment.zip (427 Downloads) |

Hi, You use the first 32 bits (first four bytes) to assign the I/O to the driver blocks. This corresponds to Channel 0-31 in the "Parameter" tab of the digital module configuration. The other 32 bits (last four bytes) are used for signal status where "1" means: "Valid signal". Those last 32 bits are assigned automatically by the module driver wizard and are connected to the module driver blocks. For example: If you connect I0.0 to the driver block Pcs7DiIn, then after generating the module drivers, the I/O signal I4.0 is connected to parameter: ProImQB of the same Pcs7DiIn driver block. |
