Hello Dinesh, that was a good job Would you please open a ticket, at the Siemens Support, to have the developer debug the issue? That would be the best thing to do. Please provide them with all the necessary information to rebuild the issue there. Here you see, attached here, a form which you can fill out for this issue, to send it to the Support Dept. Also, it is a good practice to generate a template with that document, by entering the information which stays most of the times (like your SoldTo-#, operating system, if you use Citrix or not and so on).
